Roles & Responsibilities:-
We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all activities in the areas of search engine optimization and marketing.
The SEO Executive is responsible for managing all SEO activities including but not limited to: content strategy٫ link building and keyword strategy. This skilled management is what we need in order to increase rankings on all major search networks. The process makes a brand more visible to customers, generates more leads, and increases profit.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist responsibilities are:
- Execute tests٫ collect and analyze data and results٫ identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track٫ report٫ and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Carefully manage budgets for campaigns٫ remaining on budget with the ability to estimate monthly costs as well as remedy any discrepancy that may arise.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Continually perform keyword discovery٫ expansion٫ and optimization
- Ensure newly developed code meets SEO best practices by working with the development team
- Drive SEO in content creation and programming by collaborating with editorial and marketing teams
- Search for opportunities to optimize website architecture٫ content٫ linking and other factors in the interest of improving SEO positions for target keywords.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing
- Take responsibility for page optimization for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimization for new relevant keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Create and execute link building strategy
- Change website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Google analytics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search results.
An understanding of the three levels of SEO
There are three tiers to search engine optimization and any good SEO Specialist should be keeping all three in mind in developing a marketing strategy:
- Technical refers to the non-content elements of your website. This section includes strategies to improve the backend structure and foundation of a website. Part of this job will involve performing a thorough website analysis, which can uncover opportunities for technical SEO to improve website speed, indexing, mobile friendliness, crawlability and website architecture. Technical SEO will also crucially improve the readability of a website, which in turn improves user experience and shows search engines that the website is a good one.
- On-page SEO relates to the content on your website and optimizing it to help search engines understand the topic of your content and see the website as a valuable resource. On-page SEO includes the use of such elements as keywords, meta tags, internal links and HTML title tags in ways that help increase search engine traffic and make sure it’s near the top of the Google results.
- Off-page optimization is about creating a stronger relationship between your website and other websites through a variety of link building tactics. Off-page optimization also includes strategies to build the reputation of a website to show search engines that a website is a trusted source and therefore should be positioned near the top of search engine rankings.
Skills Required:-
Proven SEO experience
Sound comprehension of performance marketing٫ conversion٫ and online customer acquisition
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g.٫ Google Analytics٫ Net Insight٫ Search console٫ Web Trends)
A desire to understand what drives Google’s algorithms.
High-quality reporting, copywriting and analytic skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
A detailed understanding of PR in order to get the client’s message heard.
A desire to understand what drives Google’s algorithms.
A commitment to keeping your skills and knowledge up to date.
Working knowledge of HTML٫ CSS٫ and JavaScript development and constraints
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Continually current on latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Education:- Graduate or Diploma in Digital Marketing
